Overall, it’s a pretty nice bed.Packaging was good, but unfortunately a few pieces were still cracked. Appeared to be cracked prior to packaging as none of the surrounding parts were damaged, nor was the packaging.Make sure you have a good hardware store close by. My package was short a handful of the 1/4”-20x3” machine screws.Assembly took about 4 hours (including a trip to the hardware store)Instructions are very good. Pay close attention to the parts in the diagram and make sure you orient the parts in the right direction. Some of the wooden dowel holes were reversed from what the images in the instructions showed. Be sure to have a helper for a few steps. If you want evenly spaced slats to support the mattress, the gap measurement is 3-1/16”.Fairly sturdy but does have a little bit of movement.Would have been nice if they provided caps or white vinyl to cover all the screw heads (There are tons and I didn’t notice them in the picture).
