Nice and sturdy bed. You need 2 people to put together. Lay everything out in a large room. Loosely put together the ends and bunks. Then carry the large pieces into the final room. Keep the holes on the end support facing in. Start from the middle working out with the bunk supports. Loosely securing the screws on the 2 that require screws and work back and forth from the middle towards the outer. Get everything together then tighten from the bottom up. The anti rattles snap in easier towards the middle of the supports then slide them back towards the frame.
