I bought this for my 2yr old and 3yr old and was kind of nervous about the height but it is absolutely perfect!! their room is so complete the grey finish is smooth and beautiful and it wasn't that hard to put together but I definitely should've gotten a hex piece for my drill to make it easier because after awhile the twisting becomes tiring on your fingers but overall the instructions were very simple and easy! I love how you can put the ladder on either end of the bed and my daughters LOVE this bed they were so excited about it, not to mention the quality of the wood is excellent, definitely recommend for toddlers. we have two standard twin mattresses on it but you could most likely fit a twin xlThe bunk bed is exactly as described and is of great value for the price! My husband assembled it with my 12-year-old son. It is sturdy and saves a ton of space in my boys' shared room. I love how the bottom bunk sits just above the floor (so my kids don't try to hide toys) and the top bunk is not too high off the ground for my 8-year-old! The bunk bed has the capacity to hold a triple bunk on top if I decided to add another. I would recommend this bed to anyone who is looking for something inexpensive, yet durable and space-saving! I hope this bed lasts a very long time because I love it (and my boys love it too)!My daughter loves it! It’s not too high it’s just right for my 4 and half year old, she can get up there. i just painted her room so the gray bunk looks good. I’m still in the process of decorating her room but this is what the bunk looks likeIt was east to assemble everything done by hand with the tools they give you so make sure you have time to do this. Also the parts had numbers on them to tell you where they go but at the very end of making the second bunk the numbers rubbed off or they just didn’t put it in at all so we were a little confused but we managed with the directions just took a little longer. Overall this is a beautiful bunk bed very trendyWe really like this bed. My kids love it. It was easy to assemble (we used an electric drill for a faster process) it’s low to the ground and saves so much room. There were two boxes and they came on different days but just a few days from each other. Overall they both came earlier than expected. Definitely recommend it.The fact that it is shorter than other bunk beds is absolutely perfect. I have a 4.5 year old and and 1.5 year old. I was worried about getting one that was too big but this is perfect. It definitely feels well made and was pretty easy to put together. I put it together 9 months pregnant so that should tell you something.If you order this it does come in 2 packages. So if you get one don't freak thinking it's not all there. The instructions are easy. But you might want to get a hex key bit for your drill cause screwing everything in by hand will start to hurt.The paint job was beautiful and flawless. All peices were perfect no splits or breaks. My daughters love their new bed.It’s the perfect size for our little kids (5 and 2), but it’s not durable enough for kids. We have only had 7 months and this isn’t the first crack, but the first one in an area that makes me worry that it’s safe to use.Perfect for what we needed. Bottom is on the ground so our 1 year old can easily get in and out. And the top is not too high for our 8 yr old, but there is plenty of room on the top and bottom. Very sturdy and doe snot wobble.
