Slightly complex to assemble. Have a friend and a power drill. Good quality. Everything is real wood except for the stairs inserts and the drawers. We love that the safety rail goes all the way around the top bunk. The only opening is at the top stairs. It is actually stairs and not a ladder. You can put the ladder on either side or not use it at all. Over all it and it is a great value for the money!Does the job for our 2 boys (ages 4 & 2) it’s a little wobbly but I don’t think they’re in any kind of danger. The weight limit is 250 but I’m not sure if it’s only for the top bunk or for both top and bottom and trundle. I would say go for it!Assembly wasn’t too bad. I wish it was more sturdy. My girls share a room again and so we chose this bed.Love the Full over Full! Love the trundle for sleepovers!We love the stairs and extra storage!It was easy to put together, but I wish it was sturdier and that there was an option to remove the top bunk. If someone is occupying top and bottom you can hear and feel the movements of both people.I love this bunk bed!! I purchased the double full sized in gray. It looks amazing in my kids room! Surprisingly enough, even with its size, it still leaves a lot of play room in their tiny bedroom. It was very easy to assemble. I assembled it by myself, with the exception of needing and extra pair of hands to hold the other end of a long piece up. The materials are of very good quality and sturdy! It was definitely a great purchase.Would have given zero stars if I could. After not being able to put it together due to manufacturing defect (not enough holes in certain pieces), I returned the product. So not only am I paying for it to be returned (which is about half the cost of the bunk bed), but I don’t have anything to show for spending almost $1200 on cheaply made furniture AND I have to wait to be reimbursed. Not worth it. If you don’t want to waste time or money buy from anywhere else.Love the color!!
