It was alright putting together, lots of parts but when ya have a bed that doesn’t require a box spring, that’s normal I think. Instructions were pretty straight forward except a few parts where you gotta really look at the diagram. Still once it was put together, I really love it. It was definitely a pain to set up compared to our Zinus bed frame, but worth the struggle in the end. I’d definitely recommend a 10 inch mattress or thicker. We have an 8 inch and you can still see a gap between the head board and the mattress, but it’s nothing too bad especially once you get bedding on it. Overall we’re very happy with this purchase!
