Would be wayyy easier if all the pieces matched on both ends ?.This bed to little-to no time to set up - maybe 30 minutes, even with the 3 y/o helping! He's so happy to have his big boy bed! There's room for storage bins under the bed.This bed frame looks just like the pictures! It was easy to put together, however some screws were missing from mine, but that may not be the case with yours. Very easy to put together, it took me about a half hour. Would recommend!You get what you pay for. This is a cheap twin bed if that’s what you were looking for. Not well-built but the price was right.This bed is a great value. My grandson is very happy with the new bed. This bed is close to the floor for a child going into a big bed for the first time. Very happy with it.In addition to looking nice, this bed frame was super easy to assemble. The directions are clear and I was able to set it up by myself in about half an hour.
