Fed ex delivered and had issues with them bringing it on the scheduled date. The directions weren’t too bad to read although no words just pictures. Either way the bed is absolutely perfect for my girls! I wish there wasn’t a small shelf underneath the drawer but it’s perfect! I would definitely recommend!! The company is super kind when I had issues with delivery they contacted within 24hours of my message!not easy to install, instructions not very clear, not properly labelled parts, took 8hrs for 3 people to install and we ended up doing wrong and start, all over again the pittongs were not installed correct, so ended up no pittongs.I have 4 grands & these are perfect if all wanna sleepover. They’re very nice & sturdy & will fit any decor choice. Mine is farmhouse.I got this bed for my daughter. FedEx was not delivering it and I asked the seller to help me by contacting FedEx. They were willing to help and did right away and I got the bed the next day. It went together very easy and it is beautiful and sturdy. I am very happy with this purchase.
