I bought this frame for my elderly mother who tends to really come down hard on her bed when she goes to lay down or sit on her bed due to her mobility issues. My mother is rather portly (5'4" 165 lbs) and I needed a frame that could take some abuse and had reinforcement in the center width and length-wise. This frame seems to have fit my needs. The last metal bed-frame she had ended up bowing down in the middle due to lack of any real center support. This frame seems to have that support.The instructions were simple alphanumeric pictographs that were relatively easy to follow but were riddled with mistakes throughout. Physically this bed was also relatively easy to put together for a single able-bodied individual and only took about an hour to two hours to assemble.There is a lot of room under the bed for storage but for me that's not a consideration. I was more concerned with the height of the bed than storage underneath. The frame seems to be at a good height for my mother to get in and out of bed without excessive exertion on her part.Overall this seems to be a relatively inexpensive frame for what it promises and I would recommend it to people in similar situations. Only time will tell though.04/05/2022 Update : My mother has been using this bed frame for a year and it hasn't developed and issues at all. No bowing not even any rusting.
