This frame broke within 4 months of being assembled/used. I'd expect at least a year or 2 before I would see structural problems but 4 months of regular use is just insane. Also, it just dropped while I was laying there and that would have been a serious injury if someone was standing next to it. Don't buy it!Matched my crate and barrel nightstands perfectly.Have had this about a month now and it’s great! So easy to put together and very sturdy. The color is great and the quality is phenomenal. Would definitely recommend getting this. I styled my bed with green sheets and beige curtains with some hints of yellow in the room. I expect the others to do the same so I will be buying a piece of plywood to cover the slats. I love the look and the bed frame but I don’t feel comfortable sitting on my own bed without fear of breaking it.My mom reports it is sturdy, and the wood tone is not too dark.My 75lb daughter broke a plank literally the first time she sat on the new bed (mattress was on). Disappointed to say the least.
