Overall, I rate this bed very well. It is a little more noisy than I would like, and if it wasn't for the step by step how to video on the product purchase page, this bed would be impossible to assemble. I took a star off because one of the rail holes was not punched out. And one of the rails was cut backwards, so it didn't fit properly. Other than that, all parts were included, and assembly was "easy" with the instruction video. The bed seems rather sturdy, except for how the headboard attaches. It moves just a little bit too much. I believe I will add some angle brackets to try and strengthen this part of the bed.The wood looks great in my 'rustic-boho' themed room. Assembly was pretty easy except with for those drawer tracks, we had to figure out how to pull them apart to screw them on right. The slats are pretty far apart so I will be adding a bunkie board so my bed can lay flat and not sag in between the slats. It is pretty noisy while active if you know what I mean. But overall this is pretty good quality and very sturdy.I like. all was great once I was able to put the bed together. It doesn't squeak.Good value for the money. Pretty easy to put together. It's been holding up well and hasnt fallen apart or anything. Some parts weren't fabricated correctly and needed some of the bolt holes widened. The legs underneath were not in the box BUT the company sent me some. Customer service for this was great and I'd definitely buy from this company again.Biggest problem is the directions, they put multiple steps into one picture, nothing is step by step. So, after hours of working on the frame( following the directions) we realized something was wrong, perhaps defective. We wanted to return it! But you can’t !!! Unless you pay the shipping (the thing weighs at least 75-100 lbs).We began emailing with the vender who shipped it. The positive in all of this is that they did email us back, and did try to help. After emailing multiple times with the vender ( I’m sure we were frustrating them) they FINALLY tell us there’s a video to watch! Can you believe it! That’s why the instructions suck so much. We used the video, which by the way, shows the proper sequence to install everything, it’s imperative you do it that way or it just doesn’t fit right. We had that frame together in under an hour. Ugh!The bed is done, second problem for us was the headboard was screwed in too tight from the manufacturer, and it popped off( screws and all) totally ruined. In the beginning, when we started emailing the vender and Amazon, the headboard was already broken and I wanted my return shipping taken care of. Nope! That’s why we had to try and “make it work”.Now after the bed is up with no “wood” on the frame, the vender emails to see if we want to send it back and exchange!!?? We spent a WEEKEND on this crazy thing!I am never buying anything from Amazon or especially an outside vender, that I can’t afford to ship back.Buyer beware.Assembly is instructions were very poor hard to understand a lot of the pieces didn’t have the corresponding number other than assembly everything was greatI didn't like that it doesn't go together. The headboard is only approximately 3/8" too narrow and pc H has to be cut downto accommodate exactly the way it is now. I will have to modify and use an L bracket to ensure pc where screwed into rail E is solid. Moving forward this is the best way so I can get the damn thing assembled and not wait for seller to reply!!!!Bought this as a house warming for my son. The hardware didn't fit to put headboard on & draws uneven.
