I received the shipment in a timely manner but while assembling the bed there were multiple places that were light on paint or missing paint and deep gouging. I also had 2 bolts that were completely bent and unusable though I was thankful for the abundance of extra hardware that I was able to use. The bed is great and sturdy but the quality of the product would keep me from purchasing again.
