Product came with all parts and instructions for easy assemble. Parts were in new condition but definitely needs thicker boards for better support. Had for almost a year, no issues at all, but boards would dip in when I watched my 35lbs child jump on it.We’ve had this bed for my 3 yr old for a few months now an at first it was great but now it’s so wobbly an it’s a pain to change the sheets I think I’m gonna get one that sits on the floor insteadBought this product for my son. The only complaints I have is the sturdiness, and the board at the bottom of the slide hurts my sons bottom when he slides down it so now he won’t go down it. The ladder is kind of hard to get up too. The bed itself isn’t right for my family but the customer service was great and gets 5 stars for sure.I like this bed and I got what I paid for. We will be reinforcing the lower half with additional pieces that we will buy separately. It's just too rickety for long term use without the extra support to keep things secure.Beyond that, I looks nice when assembled and arrived quickly after ordering.It's an OK bed for an ok price. Just be ready to put in some extra elbow grease.This bed arrived with damaged support slats, scratches all over, and nothing lines up. We would need to go buy almost all new pieces to reinforce the bed to make it safe. In addition, not only does the recommended mattress size slip in between the slats which is dangerous, but the slide hurt our child’s foot due to the with the sharp angle and wooden piece at the bottom - save your child by purchasing something else.
