The bed arrived a little bit earlier than expected so that was exciting. When I opened the box I went ahead and counted all the parts to make sure there weren’t any issues and everything looked fine! But quality control missed these rubber inserts that are supposed to hold the bolts to secure the top stairs platform. It was unfortunate, I had to run to buy liquid nail and screws to make sure the platform doesn’t cave it when my son is walking up the stairs into bed.I do like the bed but it just feels like the integrity of the bed is gone by having to go out of my way to make it work. Would I buy again or recommend to anyone? No.
