Bed frame was easy to assemble, but it has been 1 month and slats are already coming loose from frame and do not support the mattress well, pillows fall through gap in headboard. Looks fancy in pictures but there really isn’t much to it once you put sheets and bed spread on you can’t see the frame anymore it is to small and low to the ground it’s basically like sleeping on the floor. And they do accept returns but only if you can pack it back up and take it to shipper your self, unfortunately I threw away the box because I didn’t plan to return, and now have nothing to ship it back in also it weighs over 100 lbs and wouldn’t fit in my car. This is why I ordered for delivery, I think they know the normal person wouldn’t be able to return with this option VERY Disappointing ….. ?
