Product arrived with greasy rust all over the white metal. Tried cleaning and magic eraser helped but didn’t get it all off. Instructions were mediocre. Some illustrations left out pictures of how to orient holes so that when you got to them in a later step you had to take off a piece and flip it around. We assumed that if holes weren’t pictured then they were on the bottom side of the piece, if that makes sense. Also, bed must be mounted to the wall. Instructions say optional but the bed is so unsteady that there is no way I would let my kid up there without securing it.
